Mr. Gudger not only guides the overall strategic growth of Eccalon but also delivers solutions for several of its programs. Before founding Eccalon, Mr. Gudger served in the Obama administration as the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense (DASD) for Manufacturing and Industrial Base Policy (MIBP) and the Director of the Office of Small Business Programs at the Department of Defense (DoD). Mr. Gudger received his Master of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
